As a Personal Support Worker with Spinal Life Australia, you will do meaningful work that truly matters. You will be supporting people with spinal cord injuries to live fully and independently.

What You Will Do Each Shift

Support grooming, bathing, dressing and dental hygieneAssist with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs, using hoists as neededProvide personal care including toileting and bladder/bowel managementAssist with basic wound care and self-medicationHelp with meal preparation, household duties and laundry

You will be a great fit if you:

Are a genuine listener who communicates openly and honestlyCan commit to a fixed fortnightly roster (flexible shift options available)Hold a current driver's licence and own a reliable vehicleHold, or willing to obtain, a NDIS Workers Screening Card and Working with Children CardBring relevant experience or qualifications, or committed and passionate to learn
