About The Role
Royal Prince Alfred Hospital (RPAH), established in 1882, is one of Australia’s most respected hospitals with a distinguished history of serving the health needs of local, statewide, national, and international communities. As a major metropolitan tertiary referral hospital and a principal provider of specialist healthcare, RPAH offers world-class facilities and services. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad range of specialist outpatient and rehabilitation services within the Aged Care Day Hospital. The CNS2 plays a pivotal role in coordinating clinics, triaging referrals, providing case management and patient education, and delivering advanced clinical care.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams supporting older people and adults with complex rehabilitation needs through services including General Geriatric Medicine, Falls Prevention, Spasticity Management, and rehabilitation programs for people living with conditions such as spina bifida and limb loss. This diverse and autonomous role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes across both hospital and community settings.

Ideal Candidate
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with relevant post-registration qualifications and at least 3 years' experience working in the clinical area of their specified post-graduate qualification, or such other qualifications or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the public hospital or public health organisation.Ability to prioritise and problem solve to manage the complex clinical care needs of patients through the development and use of clinical management plans.Highly developed written and verbal communication skills with advanced interpersonal and problem solving skills.Ability to work individually and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
