PERSOL is proud to be partnering with Fuchs Lubricants Australia, a global leader in lubricant solutions, to recruit an Internal Sales & Admin Support Specialist to join their Sales Team.

We're looking for someone from a strong customer service background who has the right attitude, enjoys building relationships and is keen to develop their career into internal sales and account management. This role will give you the opportunity to learn about the Fuchs product range and the lubricant market across the Automotive, Industrial and Mining sectors, while working alongside an experienced sales team.

About the Role

You will work closely with Account Managers and customers, becoming an important part of the sales team while developing your understanding of the products, customers and commercial side of the business.

You'll have the opportunity to learn about different industries, customer applications and how Fuchs products provide solutions to real-world customer requirements.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Support Account Managers with quotations, pricing and product information
• Respond to enquiries and identify opportunities to add value
• Process and monitor customer orders through to completion
• Keep customers informed on orders, backorders and delivery timeframes
• Work with Supply Chain, Operations and Credit to resolve issues
• Prepare quotations, reports and sales documentation
• Maintain accurate customer and account information in SAP
• Develop your knowledge of Fuchs products and their applications
• Provide basic product and technical support to customers
• Follow up outstanding actions and identify opportunities to improve customer experience and sales
• Work alongside the Sales Team to develop your commercial and sales capability

About You

We're looking for someone with the right attitude, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn.

You'll ideally be:

• A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships

Experience in Automotive, Industrial, Mining or OEM environments would be highly regarded, along with exposure to an ERP system such as SAP. However, these are not essential if you have strong customer service experience and the right attitude.
