Process Worker/Packer

About the role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Packer to join our busy soap manufacturing team. This is a hands-on, active role in a fast-paced production environment, primarily involving repetitive process work on the production line. You’ll be on your feet throughout the day, working alongside a supportive team to keep production running smoothly. Immediate start available.

This role is based at our manufacturing site in Cromer on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Applicants must live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance of the factory to be considered for this position.

Key responsibilities

• Packing, sorting and handling finished products

• Working on a fast-paced, repetitive production line

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Following workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures

• Supporting the team to achieve daily production targets

About you

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable with an active role involving standing and repetitive manual tasks throughout the day

• High attention to detail and ability to stay focused

• Available to work 5 days, Monday to Friday

• Full working rights in Australia
