Are you an experienced National Account leader looking to take ownership of one of Australia's most strategically important pharmacy partnerships?

At Bayer Consumer Health, we're seeking a commercially astute Senior National Account Manager to lead the strategy, growth and performance of Chemist Warehouse, Amcal and DDS in Australia.

In this role, you'll have end-to-end accountability for sales performance, strategic planning, joint business plans, customer investment, market share growth and commercial execution. You'll work closely with senior customer stakeholders and partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales teams to identify opportunities, unlock growth and deliver impactful customer outcomes.

This is far more than a traditional account management role. You'll act as a trusted strategic advisor to key customers, lead complex commercial negotiations, influence category and activation strategies, and play a pivotal role in shaping Bayer's future growth within the Pharmacy channel. You'll have the opportunity to bring innovative thinking, leverage consumer and shopper insights, and make decisions that directly impact the performance of some of Australia's leading healthcare brands.

• Lead the strategic direction and commercial performance of Sigma Wholesale and Chemist Warehouse Australia

• Develop and execute customer strategies, joint business plans and annual trading agreements

• Own sales, profitability, market share and investment outcomes

• Build influential relationships with senior customer stakeholders

• Negotiate complex commercial agreements and deliver strong ROI on trade investments

• Partner with Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Sales teams to drive execution excellence

• Identify growth opportunities through customer, shopper and category insights and data analytics

Does this sound like you?

• Proven success managing large national accounts within Consumer Health, FMCG, Pharmacy, Healthcare or Retail

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing trade investment, profitability and P&L performance

• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills

• Experience developing strategic customer partnerships and long-term growth plans

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

• The ability to influence and lead across a complex matrix organisation without direct authority
