Physiotherapist Level 3 Temporary Part-Time - Inpatient Rehabilitation Team Leader

The Level 3 Physiotherapist will contribute at an advanced level to: 

• Planning, development and evaluation of physiotherapy services. 
• Development, implementation and evaluation of policies, procedures and practice guidelines for patient care. 
• Liaison with community based services relevant to the patient population.

1. Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration.
2. Significant experience in relevant clinical areas including Acute Rehabilitation, neurology, oncology, and orthopaedics. This experience must be able to be applied to the acute care, tertiary paediatric environment.
3. Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, (including negotiation and conflict resolution skills) and proven success in multidisciplinary team settings.
4. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with an ability to work flexibly within clinical and administrative service demands.
5. Experience leading clinical teams including workload management and staff and student supervision and training.
6. Demonstrated leadership skills in service delivery improvement activities and/or research
