Qualified Automotive Window Tinter

About the role

You'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality automotive window tinting across customer, dealership and fleet vehicles. This is not a trainee position — we're looking for an experienced tinter who can confidently complete vehicles from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Automotive window tint installation
• Removing existing window film where required
• Maintaining a high standard of finish and presentation
• Identifying and addressing potential installation issues before starting work
• Working efficiently to meet daily workshop schedules
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Taking care when working on customer and dealership vehicles
• Working closely with the rest of the team to keep jobs moving smoothly
• Following company quality-control procedures

About you

• Proven professional automotive tinting experience
• Strong shrinking, cutting and installation skills
• Ability to tint a complete vehicle independently
• Excellent attention to detail
• Consistently high workmanship standards
• Good time management
• A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Respect for customers' vehicles and company equipment
• Current Australian driver's licence
• Reliability and strong work ethic
