What You'll Do

• Create engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments
• Support children's learning through play-based and intentional teaching
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement
• Ensure a safe, positive, and collaborative atmosphere across the centre
