About the role

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment, supporting the team with day-to-day production, order preparation, warehouse and dispatch activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting the production team with daily tasks

• Preparing, packing and checking customer orders

• Performing general warehouse duties

• Moving and organising stock and materials

• Assisting with production and order preparation

• Assisting with dispatch and deliveries

• Using basic computer systems for production and dispatch tasks

• Using the StarTrack booking portal, where required

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

• Following workplace safety procedures

About you

• Reliable, punctual and committed to their work

• Positive and willing to learn

• Practical and hands-on

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Able to perform general warehouse and production duties

• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting items of approximately 10 kg

• Has strong attention to detail

• Comfortable using basic computer systems

• Able to work well as part of a team

• Able to follow instructions and workplace procedures
