About The Role And Team

We have an opportunity for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our growing Insurance team based in our Perth office on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role provides administrative support to the Insurance team and is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly team in a positive and rewarding environment.

You Will Be Responsible For:

assisting with the preparation of court documents and correspondence;drafting and saving of documentation as required;diarising key event and court dates;preparing monthly billing;managing client file maintenance for the team;coordinating all incoming and outgoing correspondence; andother ad-hoc administration duties as needed.

About You

You will ideally have the following skills and experience:

minimum 2 -3 years administrative experience in a previous legal assistant role;experience with billing;excellent communication skills;highly organised with strong attention to detail;a strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines; andexperience with iManage and Aderant preferred but not required.
