We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager in Training to join our TOMMY HILFIGER team at BIRKENHEAD POINT, Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop into a future Store Manager within our business.

About You

Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industryExperience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shopsExcellent communication skills and extensive people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a teamStrong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandisingEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunitiesVibrant, energetic and authentic with a positive attitudeImpeccable grooming and personal presentation
