Cellar Door Team Members at Punt Road Wines & Napoleone Cider

We are seeking 1 x casual Bar Supervisor and 3 x casual Cellar Door Sales team members to join us in our new Cellar Door. The successful candidates will need to be available to work a rotating roster, but in particular Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 9:30am and 6pm.

A bit about Punt Road Wines & Napoleone Cider  

Located in the Yarra Valley, Punt Road Wines was established in 1987 with Napoleone Cider following in 2008. We harvest fruit which is grown on our Estate here in Coldstream and make our wines and cider onsite here in our winery.  Our wines and Ciders are showcased in our new Cellar Door, which opened in October 2025. The Cellar Door and Napoleone Cider Bar sit next to Meletos and Stones of the Yarra Valley and is part of the Napoleone Group. We focus heavily on guest experience with the view to convert these experiences into sales. 

Just 50 minutes from Melbourne, we enjoy a wonderful array of visitors from Victoria, Australia, and around the world.  In 2021 Our Cellar Door was Gourmet Travellers Best Yarra Valley Tasting Experience and our wines and ciders have received numerous awards. Minimum experience:  

• 1 years' experience in a hospitality or retail setting.  

• An interest in deepening your knowledge of wine.  

• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure.   

• A current Victorian RSA before starting the role. 
  

Core duties  

You will support the Cellar Door team to provide the highest quality guest experience. This will include: pouring and discussing wines and ciders with guests, setting and clearing tables, washing glassware and cuttlery, and general housekeeping. Stronger candidates will have demonstrated ability to actively convert guest experiences into sales and wine club memberships.
