📍 Capalaba, QLD (local applicants preferred, but not essential)
🕒 Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
(6:00am – 2:30pm coverage will be required when on call)

M&K Plant Hire is a well-established, family-run business with over 30 years’ experience in the earthmoving industry. We pride ourselves on strong customer relationships, a supportive team environment, and operating within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

We’re currently seeking an experienced Allocator to join our close-knit team.

This is a high volume allocations position.

• -          Allocate machinery and labour to job sites

• -          Coordinate with customers, sub-contractors and our team

• -          Enter job details and maintain accurate records

• -          Resolve scheduling conflicts and keep projects on track

• -          Ensure compliance, safety & maintenance requirements are met

• Strong computer skills and experience using scheduling software

• Fast and accurate data entry skills

• Excellent organisation and time management skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

• High attention to detail with a proactive organised approach

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude

• Have experience in an allocation or scheduling role (plant hire preferred)
