Working within a bustling cold storage and packaging hub, you will play a crucial role in moving, staging, and managing fresh berry stock to keep internal processing and supply moving seamlessly.

• Location: Ningi, QLD

• Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour base + weekend penalty loading

• Hours: Flexible shift options (Ideal shift pattern: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

• Roster: Full-time hours available across a 7-day operational window (Candidate must have full availability for weekday and weekend shifts)

• Start Date: ASAP

• Machinery Operation: Safely operating LF forklifts to move palletized produce through cold storage and staging areas.

• Storeperson Duties: Receiving internal stock, conducting inventory checks, and preparing staged orders for processing and packing.

• Cold Storage Maintenance: Ensuring cool rooms remain organized, clean, and fully compliant with food safety guidelines.

• Valid LF Licence: Current High Risk Work Licence with proven forklift driving experience.

• Full Availability: Flexibility to work across all 7 days of the week on a 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM roster.

• Work Ethic: Punctual, self-motivated, and comfortable working in cold-store environments.

• Reliable Transport: Personal vehicle required to commute to the Ningi facility.

• Great Earnings: $35/hr base rate with extra penalty rates for working weekends.

• Full-Time Hours: Consistent, reliable weekly hours with an industry-leading agricultural brand.

• Ideal Daytime Shift: Standard 10 AM – 6 PM window that lets you avoid early morning rushes.
