Architectural Door Hardware Packer & Delivery Driver / Storeman

About the role

Your responsibilities will include picking and packing architectural door hardware orders accurately and efficiently, checking orders against paperwork before dispatch, preparing goods for customer collection and delivery, loading and unloading vehicles safely, delivering architectural door hardware to customers and job sites, receiving and checking incoming stock, maintaining an organised and tidy warehouse, assisting with stock control and inventory checks, ensuring products are handled and packed carefully to prevent damage, and providing friendly and professional service to customers when making deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing Architectural door hardware orders accurately and efficiently

• Checking orders against paperwork before dispatch

• Preparing goods for customer collection and delivery

• Loading and unloading vehicles safely

• Delivering Architectural door hardware to customers and job sites

• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock

• Maintaining an organised and tidy warehouse

• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks

• Ensuring products are handled and packed carefully to prevent damage

• Providing friendly and professional service to customers when making deliveries

About you

• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy

• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and moving stock

• Well organised and pays close attention to detail

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment

• A confident and safe driver with a current (Manual) Australian driver's licence

• Customer-focused and professional when dealing with customers and builders

• Willing to learn about architectural door hardware, locksmith and security products

• Experienced in warehousing, delivery driving or building products (preferred, but not essential)

• Forklift Ticket required
