As a Lead Generator, you'll combine front-of-house hospitality with proactive lead generation and on-site marketing. You'll welcome guests, build meaningful rapport, identify sales opportunities, and generate qualified leads by booking guests into livestream or in-person sales tours.

What You'll Do

Welcome and register owners and guests at the front deskEngage guests face-to-face or by phone to build rapport, generate quality leads, and secure livestream or in-person tour bookingsProactively identify and qualify prospective customers for the Sales teamBook appointments for livestream and in-person Sales CentresPromote the benefits of the Travel & Leisure community and create interest in our vacation ownership productsWork closely with Resort Operations and Sales teams to deliver a seamless guest journeyMeet individual and team lead generation, booking, and conversion KPIsComplete required system updates and paperwork

Weekend and public holiday availability is required, along with the ability to work across multiple Gold Coast sites.

What You'll Bring

Experience in hospitality, customer service, lead generation, promotional marketing, or face-to-face salesStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence engaging guests in personA sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and influence outcomesA positive, energetic, and self-motivated approachProfessional presentation and strong attention to detailAbility to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidaysAbility to work across multiple Sales sites on the Gold Coast
