Office Administrator

Our client is a growing and leading Australian business. Due to an internal promotion  they are seeking to appoint an Office Coordinator to join thier team!

About your day

• Provide administrative support across multiple teams
• Manage shared inboxes, responding in a timely manner, ensuring customer service and stakeholder management is the priority 
• Coordinate new starter onboarding, including equipment and system setup - liasing with line managers and teams
• Liaise with external IT providers to resolve support requests where needed
• Reception cover and support 
• Order and maintain office supplies 
• Answer incoming calls and assist with general enquiries.

About You

• Experience across office administration/cooridnation
• Experience working across the property, facilities or development space highly regarded
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines 
• Proficient across MS Office Suites and other systems
• Positive and proactive!

This role is full time permament, pay range between 75-85k+super dependant on relevant experience
