Business Services Manager - Domestic and International Tax

Join a specialist firm where international tax is about people, strategy and making life easier for clients. We are partnering with a highly regarded boutique tax and advisory firm that specialises in providing strategic advice to both local and international private clients and globally connected businesses.

The opportunity is working closely with the Directors, you will take ownership of an established client portfolio.

Responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing financial statements and income tax returns across a broad range of entities
• Managing an established client portfolio commencing at approximately $600K, with the opportunity to grow towards $1 million
• Acting as the key contact for clients, providing proactive advice and managing ongoing relationships
• Leading client meetings and responding to technical and commercial queries
• Mentoring and developing junior team members
• Contributing to the collaborative and supportive culture of the firm

About You:

• You are an experienced Manager who enjoys working closely with clients and keen to learn international tax, if you do not have this exposure already.
• CA or CPA qualified
• A genuine interest in international taxation and advisory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior accountants
• A collaborative approach with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism
