About The Role

As a Care Worker, you'll play an important role in supporting residents' wellbeing, independence and quality of life.

Your Day May Include

Providing personal care and daily living supportAssisting residents during meal timesBuilding genuine relationships with residents and their familiesPromoting residents' dignity, rights and individual choicesWorking collaboratively with nurses and care teamsMaintaining accurate documentation and following care plans

About You

You bring both the qualifications and the compassion needed to deliver exceptional care.

To Be Successful, You'll Have

Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalentExperience in aged care, disability, health or community servicesAvailability to work a rotating roster across a range of shiftsStrong communication and teamwork skillsA genuine commitment to person-centred care

Location & Transport

Located in beautiful Springwood in the Blue Mountains, our home is approximately 1km from Springwood train station. Own transport is helpful but not essential.
