Restaurant Manager - Boronia Kitchen

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and proactive Restaurant Manager to join our established team at Boronia Kitchen. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, six days a week, we're looking for a leader who can take ownership of the day-to-day running of this exciting eatery. Through your own initiative, you'll have genuine opportunities to grow within the business and learn from some of Sydney's best.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

• A clear understanding of what's expected of a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced café/restaurant environment

• Proven success in a hospitality management role, with essential prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting

• Excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

About the restaurant

Executive Chef, Simon Sandall, is set to add restauranteur to his already impressive CV, opening Boronia Kitchen early June 2018. Boronia Kitchen is a contemporary local eatery serving up quality home-style food with exceptional service in a relaxed and intimate restaurant setting in the vibrant community of Hunter's Hill.
