Luxury Jewellery - Assistant Manager

Solid Gold Diamonds is growing and we’re searching for a dynamic, polished, and results-driven Sales Leader to join our high-performing management team.

With an award-winning legacy and one of Australia’s most admired high-end jewellery showrooms, Solid Gold Diamonds is synonymous with elegance, craftsmanship, and outstanding customer experience. Based in the heart of Adelaide's CBD, our brand new showroom offers an unforgettable space to showcase world-class designs, crafted right here in-house.

As a key member of our management team, you will:

• Collaborate with the Showroom and General Retail Manager to drive performance and exceed sales targets

• Inspire, coach, and mentor a talented team of jewellery consultants

• Lead from the front, closing sales and delivering exceptional customer service

• Foster long-term relationships with loyal clientele and new luxury customers

• Contribute to team culture and uphold the Solid Gold Diamonds brand values

You’re a confident and well-presented professional with a strong background in luxury sales. You bring:

• Proven retail leadership and team development experience

• A track record of exceeding personal and team sales goals

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A passion for fine jewellery and the ability to convey its story and value

• Prior experience with a manufacturing jeweller is highly regarded, but not essential

• A premium brand and workplace culture you’ll be proud to represent

• Full-time position with rotating monthly rosters (Two weekends off a month!)

• Ongoing training and development in luxury retail and custom jewellery
