Senior Bar & Senior Floor Staff

Bar Carolina and Tetto di Carolina, South Yarra institutions, are seeking Senior Bar and Floor Staff.

We are a diversified venue with an engaging community, offering multiple spaces including a restaurant, bar, private rooms and events.

This position would suit enthusiastic, polished and dedicated hospitality professionals.

The right candidate will be self-motivated, passionate and able to work within a team environment, achieving the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of two years experience within the hospitality industry

• Experience with Italian cuisine

• A hands-on approach and be guest focused 

• Demonstrate a passion for providing memorable experiences for our guests

• Be willing to go the extra mile to exceed our guest’s expectations

• A willingness to further their knowledge base

• A friendly and outgoing, can-do attitude

• A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills

• The ability to take direction and also work autonomously

• The flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
