About the Role

You will support the preparation and assembly of composite and aluminium cladding products within a busy workshop environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing composite and aluminium panels for cladding systems
• Cutting, shaping, and finishing materials using hand and power tools
• Assisting with packing, dispatch, and general workshop duties
• Supporting tradespeople with assembly and installation tasks

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for motivated, reliable people who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a team.

Ideally, you will have

• Experience working in workshop or production environments
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• White Card (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Driver’s licence and reliable transport
• Physical capability to undertake repetitive lifting up to 25kg
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to complete pre-employment checks
