Omni Group is seeking a hands-on and motivated Service Technician to join our growing QLD team. This role is focused on preventative maintenance, servicing, and technical support of packaging equipment across customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing at customer sites

• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs (onsite and in workshop)

• Set up and test new and returned equipment

• Complete detailed service reports within 24 hours

• Identify follow-up work and prepare quotations

• Provide clear and professional communication to customers

Success in this role looks like:

• Up to 15 services completed per week

• Timely and accurate service reporting

• Strong customer relationships and satisfaction

• Identification of additional service opportunities

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in preventative maintenance or similar role

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously and in a team

• High attention to detail

Requirements:

• Current driver’s license

• Physically fit and reliable

• Limited electrical license(preferred but not required)
