We're looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner to lead a search-first product roadmap that enhances visibility, discoverability, and customer outcomes across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered channels. The Opportunity

As the Digital Product Owner, you'll be a key member of the Digital Content & Website Experience team, responsible for delivering and evolving a search and discoverability roadmap across customer-facing websites.

You'll lead the prioritisation and delivery of technical, content, and experience optimisation initiatives spanning SEO, AI/LLM discoverability, content architecture, schema implementation, experimentation, and search experience enhancements. Working closely with stakeholders across digital, marketing, technology, analytics, and brand teams, you'll drive measurable improvements in organic visibility, qualified traffic, and customer outcomes across sales, service, and claims journeys.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the Search Roadmap & Delivery

• Define and evolve a search and discoverability roadmap to improve visibility, traffic, and customer outcomes across traditional and emerging search channels.
• Prioritise and deliver initiatives across SEO, AI/LLM optimisation, technical search capabilities, content architecture, schema, and experimentation.
• Balance customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements when making roadmap and prioritisation decisions.

Collaborate Across the Business

• Partner with Search Insights & Discoverability teams, Technology teams, and Brand Product Owners to deliver high-impact initiatives.
• Align stakeholders across Marketing, Brand, Technology, and Digital teams on priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Translate strategy, insights, and objectives into clear product backlogs and actionable user stories that maximise delivery impact.

Drive Performance Through Insights

• Leverage search performance data, analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
• Work with specialist teams to convert insights into initiatives that deliver measurable business and customer outcomes.

Risk, Governance & Compliance

• Ensure search and content initiatives align with digital, legal, regulatory, and risk management requirements.
• Proactively identify and manage risks while maintaining strong governance standards.

About You:

Experience

• 2+ years' experience in digital roles spanning Design, UX, Conversion Optimisation, Digital Product, SEO, or Digital Best Practice.
• 2+ years' experience in customer experience management.
• 2+ years' experience delivering projects, products, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience working within agile delivery environments.

Skills & Capabilities

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex customer and business challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience translating analytics and performance insights into actionable recommendations that improve customer and business outcomes.
• Proven agile delivery expertise, including backlog management, prioritisation, and stakeholder management.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
• Understanding of digital best practice, customer experience, conversion optimisation, SEO, and digital performance.
• A growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and new ways of working.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related discipline is highly regarded.
• Financial Services experience is advantageous but not essential.
