Payroll Officer – Seven Hills + Hybrid Work Option

Now, we’re looking for a Payroll Officer who’s ready to make an impact behind the scenes.

• Be an important contributor to the end-to-end payroll process across multiple sites and brands.
• Process entitlements including new starters, terminations, overtime, allowances, and leave.
• Manage payroll data from timesheets, spreadsheets, and time & attendance systems.
• Maintain accurate superannuation records and employee details.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to employees with payroll queries.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and remittance summaries.

• Hands-on payroll experience.
• Familiarity with Micropay and electronic time & attendance systems.
• Experience in a blue-collar environment and applying EBAs to payroll.
• A proactive, “can-do” attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
