About the opportunities:

Food & Beverage Attendants

You will provide warm, attentive and professional service while supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant, bar and event services.

Food & Beverage Supervisors

You will lead by example, coordinate service operations and support the team in consistently delivering high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Baristas

You will prepare high-quality coffee with consistency and care while providing friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

What we are looking for

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• A professional, positive and team-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, bar, café or events environment
• A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
• Australian working rights

For supervisory applicants, previous experience leading or supervising a hospitality team is required.

For barista applicants, demonstrated experience preparing a range of espresso-based beverages in a high-volume environment is essential.
