A kitchen role at a busy Orange cafe running breakfast and lunch service. Early starts with early finishes — shifts end by 2:30pm. No split shifts or nights, just solid day shifts with a team that knows what they're doing. The cafe runs creative menus with proper prep lists and a head chef who trains instead of yells. This is a place where people help each other through service and the owners stay calm when it gets busy.
