Service Technician - Weighing Equipment

Due to continued growth, we're seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our Brisbane team and deliver exceptional service, technical expertise and customer support in the field.

About the Role

This hands-on field service position involves:

• Installing, servicing and repairing weighing equipment.

• Performing calibrations and verification.

• Diagnosing faults and providing technical solutions.

• Completing service reports and compliance documentation.

• Delivering outstanding customer service.

• Working safely and contributing to continuous improvement.

• Travel to customer sites throughout Queensland and occasionally interstate, including occasional overnight stays as required.

About You

You will have:

• Strong mechanical, electrical, electronics or instrumentation aptitude.

• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

• A customer-focused attitude.

• Current Australian Driver Licence.

• The ability to work independently and manage your workload.

The following will be highly regarded:

• Experience servicing, calibrating or repairing weighing equipment.

• NMI verifier competency training or experience verifying weighing instruments (Subclasses 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3).

• Technical trade qualifications or relevant industry experience.

• Experience with instrumentation, automation, process control or electrical systems.
