The Role:
In a Montessori classroom, educators serve as a link between the Prepared Environment and the children. Their role is to observe the children and guide them in their own unique learning process, to help them develop a life-long love of learning. 

You are expected to be an active member of a team which provides high quality education and care for all enrolled children that is consistent with the service philosophy, procedures and policies, the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and as per the National Quality Framework.

About you:

• Certificate III, Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA equivalent) 
• Current Working with Children Check
• First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain one 
• Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, which includes: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
• Strong understanding of the importance of family communications
