Our artisan corn tortilla & corn chip manufacturing business based in the Tweed Shire needs a motivated & comitted indivdual to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has food manufacturing experience and is looking for a long term position. The right person will be reliable, have stamina, strength and a positive outlook on life. The ideal candidate is someone who has an eye for detail and is motivated to work.

Candidates must have Australian work rights and eligibility to work permanently in Australia.

The job is a full time role 38hrs per week, with long term career opportunities for the right candidate. Work in a fun work environment with work/life balance, a great culture and a great team.

The Job invloves;

- Operation of all aspects of the production line including; tortilla baking, chip frying, packing, labelling, dating, boxing & stock control

- Cleaning of all work areas to a high standard

- Logistics & dispatch

- Production planning & stock control

- Product & packing Quality Control

- Monday to Friday, 6am starts (no weekend work)

The Person will;

- have a strong work ethic

- be relaible

- have stamina

- exercise judgment and decision making skills

- understand and apply quality control techniques

- demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills

- be able to inspect products for conformity with established operational standards

- food manufacturing experience is essential
