About the role

About the Role

As an Associate Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant, you will be part of our Dynamics 365 and Power Platform support team, providing technical support and assistance to our customers across their Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform environments.

You will work closely with customers, senior consultants and technical teams to investigate issues, resolve incidents, fulfil service requests and support the ongoing operation and improvement of customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for customers using Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 configuration, forms, views, business rules, security and user access issues.
Support and troubleshoot Power Apps and Power Automate, including failed flows and automated business processes.
Investigate issues involving Microsoft Dataverse and system integrations.
Assist with configuration changes, minor enhancements and approved customer requests.
Escalate complex issues to senior consultants and development teams where required.
Use tools such as XrmToolBox for Dynamics 365 administration and troubleshooting.
Assist with testing, deployments and configuration changes across customer environments.
Maintain accurate support documentation and knowledge articles.
Communicate clearly with customers regarding incidents, progress, resolutions and required actions.
Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve customer solutions.
Follow agreed support, change management, security and release processes.

Qualifications and Experience Sought

1-3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform or related Microsoft technologies.
Practical experience or exposure to Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps and Power Automate.
Understanding of Dynamics 365 configuration, including tables, forms, views, business rules and security.
Experience or exposure to Microsoft Dataverse.
Basic understanding of APIs, REST/OData and system integration concepts.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to customers.
Strong customer service focus and ability to manage multiple support requests and priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively with customers, consultants, developers and internal support teams.

Desirable Experience

Experience in a managed services, consulting, professional services or customer support environment.
Experience supporting Dynamics 365 CE in a production environment.
Experience troubleshooting Power Automate flows and Power Apps.
Exposure to JavaScript, C#, .NET or HTML.
Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
