Genesis Health & Fitness are part of Belgravia and are the fastest growing leisure/recreation, health & fitness, sports, and wellness organisation in Australia. Comprised of multiple businesses, our core areas include health clubs, programs, tourism, wellness, destination spa resorts, golf, aquatic and sporting venues across Australia and New Zealand. 

We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager for our brand-new Genesis Armstrong Creek site, opening January 2027. 

The Role 

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive membership growth, lead pre-sales activities, build local partnerships, generate leads, and deliver an exceptional experience for prospective members. 

You will play a critical role in driving sales results, building brand presence in the local community. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Drive membership sales 

• build community and business partnerships 

• manage leads and conversions 

• conduct tours and consultations 

• deliver outreach and promotional activities 

• support club launch and growth 

• Lead and deliver successful sales campaigns, achieving membership and revenue targets 

• Manage, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team 

• Execute local sales and marketing plans 

• Build strong relationships within the local community and corporate market 

• Work within the annual business plan, to achieve KPIs

• STRONG SALES, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT or MEMBERSHIP GROWTH EXPERIENCE (ESSENTIAL)
