Our brand-new City Beach Morley store is opening on November 2026, and we're looking for energetic and enthusiastic Seasonal Casual Retail Team members to join our opening team!

The Role

As a Seasonal Casual Retail Team Member, you'll be part of the team bringing our brand-new Morley store to life!

You'll help create an exceptional customer experience, bring your personality to the shopfloor and work with the team to make sure the store looks its best and is ready for every customer.

You'll be involved in everything from serving customers and sharing your product knowledge to unpacking stock, keeping the shopfloor looking fresh and helping set up promotions and new product.

This is a great opportunity to join City Beach from day one, meet a new team and be part of an exciting new store opening.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for every customer.

• Bring your personality, energy and passion to the shopfloor.

• Share your product knowledge and help customers find the right products.

• Keep the store looking fresh, organised and ready to be shopped.

• Receive, move and replenish stock across the store.

• Help set up new products, promotions and seasonal campaigns.

• Work as part of the team to achieve store goals and deliver an awesome customer experience.

• Follow City Beach policies, procedures and safety requirements.

• Support your team wherever needed during the exciting store opening period.

What we're looking for

We're looking for people who are:

• Energetic, enthusiastic and ready to get involved.

• Passionate about customer service.

• Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with customers.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work well as part of a team.

• Reliable and committed to their shifts.

• Interested in surf, skate, streetwear, fashion or the City Beach brand.

• Previous customer service or retail experience is desirable but not essential.
