Production Team Member

Full-Time | 4-Day Week | On-Site – Forrestfield

Safescape is seeking a proactive and dedicated Production Team Member to join our small but dynamic production team. This is a hands-on, full-time role where you'll contribute to various aspects of our manufacturing and dispatch operations - including rotational moulding, production fit-out, order picking / loading and general support to maintain high quality standards.

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating within our rotational moulding and production areas

• Assembling and fitting out products to specification

• Picking, packing and loading customer orders for delivery

• Working closely with team members to meet and exceed production targets

• The capacity to quickly learn new skills and apply them effectively

• A strong communicator who thrives in a team environment

• The ability to maintain a level of fitness to be able to perform in a physically demanding role

• Experience with hand and power tools (preferred)

• Previous experience in a factory or rotational moulding environment is a bonus - but not essential

• Individuals who are able to work early morning and/or late afternoon shifts

• Forklift license is desirable
