Full-time Retail Assistant - Party Supplies and Hire

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Full-time Retail Assistant to join our team at Party Time. As a Full-time Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our party supplies and hire business. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. With rostered weekends on a rotational basis once fully trained.

What you'll be doing

• Retail sales and customer service

• Balloon decorating

• Replenishing stock

• Booking hires and giving out hire items

• Fulltime position - 37.5 hours per week + rostered weekends on rotational basis

What you must have

• A passion for excellent customer service

• A happy, can-do attitude

• Willingness to work in a fun, fast-paced workplace

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not necessary

• Current Driver's License

• The ability to work Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and rostered weekends
