As a Retail Sales Assistant at Workscene, you'll play a crucial role in our store's daily operations, from assisting customers with their purchases to maintaining the store's presentation. • This is a FT role requiring availability for our Blacktown/Penrith store.

• Assist and guide customers to ensure they find exactly what they need.

• Support store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store cleanliness.

• Engage with customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Participate in the store's daily opening and closing procedures.

• Manage transactions, handle calls, and respond to inquiries with professionalism.

• Contribute to a team effort by achieving sales goals.

• A passion for retail and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Effective communication skills.

• Keen eye for detail and presentation.

• Ability to problem-solve and keep the store functioning smoothly.

• Familiarity with POS systems; ERP system knowledge is a plus.

• Motivation to learn and grow within the company.

• Minimum of 1+ years of retail experience.

• Australian permanent residency status required.
