Are you an experienced practice leader passionate about reflective supervision, quality practice, and supporting teams to deliver exceptional outcomes?
Coast Shelter is seeking an experienced and values-driven Practice & Supervision Lead to strengthen and embed high-quality, evidence-informed practice across our organisation. This is a unique opportunity to influence service delivery across a diverse range of homelessness, youth, domestic and family violence, and community support programs while mentoring leaders and enhancing practice capability across the organisation. The role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and plays a key role in ensuring our Models of Care are translated into consistent, high-quality service delivery.
