About the Opportunity

Our client is a national leader in secure destruction and recycling solutions. Operating out of a facility in Wingfield, they are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Sorter to join their close-knit production team.

This is an ASAP start for the right candidate, offering stable day-shift hours and a great team environment.

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm

• Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Working on the production floor, your daily routine will include:

• Monitoring the paper conveyor belt to efficiently sort and remove non-paper contaminants (plastics, metals, etc.).

• Emptying archived storage boxes off pallets and feeding them into industrial crushing/shredding machinery.

• Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and safe in line with OHS standards.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• This is a highly active role that involves repetitive lifting, standing for long periods, and manual handling.

• Ability to quickly spot and filter out non-paper materials on a fast-moving belt.

• You must hold or be able to successfully pass a Full National Police Clearance due to the secure nature of the site.

• Highly regarded/a bonus, though not essential.

• A strong work ethic
