Based in Arundel on the Gold Coast, we are a passionate, high-performance team of over 35 staff members. We are an importer, wholesaler, and online retailer of a vast range of quality products from global suppliers, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual to help us continue our growth.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Team Member / Parts Interpreter to join our customer service and sales team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert, assisting customers via phone, email, live chat, eBay, and social media with their product inquiries and fitment questions. You’ll be instrumental in helping customers find the right products for their builds and ensuring they have a smooth, satisfying shopping experience.

You don't have to have both 4x4 and JDM/Performance knowledge, both would be great but we will happily take the right candidate who has either of these pools of knowledge!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with technical inquiries related to 4x4 aftermarket accessories, performance parts and JDM performance parts.

• Provide expert advice on product fitment, suitability, and performance for customer vehicles.

• Engage with customers across multiple channels: showroom, phones, email, live chat, eBay, and social media.

• Develop a deep understanding of our extensive product range to drive sales and enhance customer experience.

• Collaborate with the team to maintain a high-performance, results-driven culture.

• Contribute to growing sales and customer service targets while providing solutions to technical issues.

Who We're Looking For:

• Strong experience or knowledge of performance cars, automotive parts, and accessories (JDM or 4x4 aftermarket).

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar customer service or sales role is ideal, but not essential. If you’re passionate about car parts and eager to join the industry, we want to hear from you!

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable using various online sales platforms and tools.

• Proven track record in sales and achieving targets.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage a fast-paced workload.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a drive for personal growth and development.
