As the leader for the store, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational and organizational standards, training and continuous coaching of team members and creating a pleasant environment for both customers and team members.   Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively Motivating the team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items Hiring, training, developing and overseeing new staff Maintain outstanding store conditions and visual merchandising standards Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store, deal with queries and complaints in a professional manner   The successful applicants will also have Proven ability to manage and lead within a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills Critical thinker and problem-solving skills A happy, friendly and energetic personality A desire to deliver high quality customer service A current/valid police check or a willingness to obtain if successful   Would you like to know more?
