Project Supervisor

Are you an experienced construction, glazing, or aluminium professional looking to step into a leadership role?

Our Cairns Windows & Doors branch is seeking a motivated Project Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality aluminium window and door projects across Far North Queensland. 

In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate site activities, lead installation teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

The Role 

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Supervise and coordinate site installers to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to specification
• Conduct accurate site measurements and interpret architectural drawings
• Manage materials, prepare work orders, and coordinate procurement
• Provide hands-on support to installation teams when required
• Monitor project performance against budgets, timelines and KPIs

About You

• Proven experience in construction, glazing, or aluminium, ideally progressed from a hands-on background
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and perform precise measurements
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on teamwork
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes
