The Role

We are seeking a talented Team Administrator, to support our vibrant and busy Water, Dams & Hydropower team.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate that you are a proactive self-starter with a combination of energy and commitment to excellence with the ability to anticipate the team’ requirements. Your superior problem-solving skills will assist you to navigate through a complex organisation and competing deadlines. You work well autonomously but you are an excellent team player who enjoys an agile and collaborative environment.

Duties Will Include But Not Be Limited To

Independently completing the team's administrative tasksDrafting and finalising correspondence, as requiredCollating reports and statistical information and creating PowerPoint presentationsPreparing, co-ordinating and distributing documents, reports and presentations including: functional and team reports, pipeline reports, monthly reports, resourcing planning and client materialSupporting bid and proposal opportunitiesBooking travel and training where requiredReconciling invoicesManagement of meeting room bookings, catering and equipment requirements

Suitable Applicants Will Have/be

Experience in a similar role supporting a vibrant and busy team3+ years' corporate administration experience ideally within an engineering / projects environmentWell-developed verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to liaise with multiple stakeholdersHigh level of organisational, problem solving and decision-making skillsWell versed across MS Office toolsExposure to proposals / bid assistance would be highly valued however not essential
