Are you looking for a great culture?   This might be the one for you!Training starts in September!   OPPORTUNITY: AXL + CO  is a brand-new menswear business that opened its first stores in NSW just over a year ago and is expanding rapidly We are looking for Leaders who will be required to get involved with all aspects of the AXL + CO brand.  This includes front-of-house customer experience, stock management, coaching and developing your team, and visual merchandising, Managing wages etc. This really is a Store Manager's Dream! The more successful we are, the more we earn.    ABOUT YOU: Have a minimum of 1-2 years of fashion retail management experience. You are confident, authentic, down-to-earth and Fun! Experience managing a team of more than 3. Sound Customer service skills with a proven track record in sales. Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations. Be analytical and can identify store opportunities. Have a passion for customer service, fashion, and retail sales. Can lead, motivate, and inspire a team. Ability to work autonomously. Strong VM skills and ability to move fixtures/fittings.
