We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning operations across Cibaria Manly and 55 North Bar. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys leading by example, creating memorable guest experiences, and ensuring smooth, efficient breakfast service.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise breakfast service, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and support the café operation during peak periods
• Coordinate daily floor operations and service flow
• Coach, mentor and motivate front-of-house team members
• Assist with opening procedures, cash handling and POS operations
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain venue presentation and uphold service standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA and workplace policies

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a café, restaurant or premium dining environment
• Strong barista skills with experience producing high-quality espresso coffee in a busy service environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach and motivate a front-of-house team
• A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card
• Full Australian working rights
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required
