About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Associate Manager to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a critical part in delivering a major digital transformation program across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the implementation and delivery of a new website and connected digital ecosystem, working closely with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners to ensure successful execution of key business priorities.
About the Role:Lead the delivery of a new APAC website and associated digital platforms within a defined timeframe.Manage the implementation and integration of multiple digital systems and platforms across the digital ecosystem.Coordinate and influence external agencies, vendors, and delivery partners to ensure project milestones are achieved.Act as the internal subject matter expert throughout the delivery lifecycle, providing direction and challenge where required.Collaborate with business, IT, marketing, and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.Ensure digital solutions align with established business requirements, strategy, and technical architecture.
About You:To be successful in this role, you'll bring:Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale website implementations and digital transformation projects.Strong experience managing systems integration and connecting digital platforms across complex environments.Proven capability delivering digital technologies such as websites, marketing technology platforms, customer experience platforms, or related digital ecosystems.Experience managing and directing third-party agencies, vendors, and implementation partners.Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, martech stacks, and the interdependencies between digital platforms.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.A hands-on, delivery-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
