About the Role:

We are seeking Manufacturing Operators to join a growing team on a new production line. This is a fantastic opportunity to start immediately and potentially secure a permanent role through our temp-to-perm recruitment solution. The role involves basic manufacturing line work in a supportive and positive environment.

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and perform basic manufacturing line tasks

• Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organised work area

• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company standards

• Participate in a 2-3 day trial period to ensure the right fit for both you and the company

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required

• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a great working environment

• Ability to commit to an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Friday shift schedule
