What you’ll be doing?

• Leading the successful delivery of technology projects within large enterprise customers.
• Building strong relationships with business and technology stakeholders at all levels.
• Managing and ownership of project outcomes, delivery risks, priorities and client expectations.
• Providing leadership, coaching and mentoring to consultants and development teams.
• Working hands-on across the Microsoft technology stack, contributing to solution design and development.
• Collaborating with clients to understand business challenges and shape technology solutions.
• Driving best practices across architecture, engineering, delivery and quality assurance.
• Supporting pre-sales, solution shaping and technical leadership activities where required.

What are the skills and experience to be successful:

• Strong experience delivering software solutions within financial services, banking, insurance, wealth management or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and navigate complex business environments.
• Experience leading projects, delivery teams and technical resources.
• Hands on skills in designing and implementing projects in ASP.NET and React. (7+ years)
• Expertise across the Microsoft Azure Tech Stack including (Functions, Azure DevOps, AKS, SQL, Data Factory etc)
• AWS skills preferred
• REST APIs and modern application architecture
