HPS Contractors are North Queensland's leading providers of contract services in glazing, plumbing, roofing and sheet metal products and services.
We manufacture and install premium glazing products for commercial and some residential projects. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, safety, and reliability.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join our team as a Casual Glazing Installer. You'll work in a variety of commercial projects in the Cairns area with a small, close-knit team, plenty of ongoing work, and may be called upon to assist in our Joan Street manufacturing depot when required.
What You'll Do
Install glazing products (windows, doors, screens, louvres etc.) to specification
Undertake manual handling tasks in a safe manner
Operate hand and power tools safely
Assist with manufacturing when required
Maintain a clean and safe workplace
What We're Looking For
Experience in glazing or similar trade (chippies welcome to apply)
Ability to adapt to site conditions and product requirements
Strong attention to detail and safety focus
Current driver's license and White Card (or willingness to obtain)
