Strata Property Caretaker
Previous experience necessary – proven ability to work unsupervised
An experienced and energetic, part time contractor is required to provide and supervise the services required to maintain all of the common areas at the Matilda Bay Apartments.
The position requires a hands on approach, with a proficiency in all areas of general and pool maintenance. Combined duties include cleaning, gardening, maintenance and management.
The duties are to be carried out in a professional manner, presenting to work punctually and presenting neatly, with the highest standard of conduct being maintained at all times.
This is a permanent part-time position of 12–15 hours per week, worked in the mornings over four to five days per week.
Applicants must have experience in a similar role, current police clearance, insurance coverage, ABN and first class references/contact details in the first instance.
